Online Coaching
Online coaching will allow both trainer and client to collaborate via use of the Trainerize app. Clients will be able to log and complete workouts, track nutrition information, and set reminders for completing both. Additionally set up your check-in call schedule that will take place bi-weekly. I take accountability and motivation to a whole new level without sacrificing your time!
